Us & Ordering
PawVit is a natural dog care brand. We make gentle products that work and don’t contain harsh and irritating chemicals, opting for plant-based alternatives for dog health.

Products
We want you to make a great choice when buying our dog care products. You can find all the product information on their product pages, including ingredients, directions, and the properties of our ingredients.
All product information can also be found on the product itself.
We’re against Animal Testing, and all of our products are Cruelty-Free. We also only partner with like-minded suppliers for our ingredients.
Our products are also Vegan, meaning they don’t contain any animal-derived or animal-origin ingredients.
We say ‘NO’ to harsh chemicals. That’s why our products are free from: Sulphates, SLS, SLES, Parabens, Silicone, PEGs, and Phthalates.
We also do not use Palm Oil in our products.
Sustainability
We’re proud to use green energy at PawVit – all (yes, 100%!) of our electricity comes from UK wind, solar and hydro sources!
No, we don’t use Palm Oil in our products.
Yes, and what’s more, our new bottles are also made of 100% Recycled Plastic* from post-consumer sources (which can, of course, be recycled again!).
It’s also normal to see the occasional specs of different plastic colours within the plastic of the bottles as these are recycled products.

Delivery
Yes, all orders over £25 qualify for FREE delivery!
We work on the dispatch process as soon as you place your order, with most orders being dispatched the next working day if ordered before 8pm! However, during busy periods, this could be up to three working days.

We aim to get UK orders delivered in 3-5 working days after dispatch. If you haven’t received your products within 7 working days, please do get in touch so that we can help you out.
Depending on the product, it may not be letterbox friendly. In the event that you’re not in, our delivery partners will attempt to re-deliver, or place it in a safe place. Please add any safe place requests in your order notes.

However, once we’ve dispatched your order, you won’t be able to make any changes to it. If you no longer want your products, or you’d like to exchange it for another one, please contact us so that we can help you sort out a return in the original and unopened state.
We delivery our parcels via Royal Mail. Our current delivery options are:
Royal Mail 1st Class: £3.75, will arrive 1 working day after dispatch.
Royal Mail 2nd Class: £2.99 Will arrive 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Free UK Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders over £25. This will usually be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, although it may sometimes be sent via a courier.
We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.
Refunds & Exchanges
Whether it’s a spillage or a crack, we’re here to help. Please send us an email with a photo of the damage to woof@pawvit.com, and we’ll either offer you a refund or re-send the affected item(s) to you.
We work on the dispatch process as soon as you place your order (we want you to get your PawVit products ASAP). If you decide you want to make any changes to your order, please send us an email at woof@pawvit.com, or call 0330 122 5520, and we’ll try to accommodate your request.
However, once we’ve dispatched your order, you won’t be able to make any changes to it. If you no longer want your products, or you’d like to exchange it for another one, please contact us within 28 days so that we can help you sort out a return in the original and unopened state.
Once we have confirmed your refund, after either receiving your item in its unopened state or seeing acceptable proof of damage, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, whether that be via card or PayPal.
You will receive the credit within 14 days (usually within 5), depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please contact us before sending out an item you no longer want for a return, so that we can help you arrange it.
If you have decided to exchange or return an item you don’t want anymore, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
